Can I use this test for my visa application?

Yes, visa guaranteed or your money back.

Do I need to send DDC my immigration DNA request paperwork?

Yes, we need to have your USCIS form in hand before sending out the DNA collection kits. This form can be emailed or faxed to us.

For a United States immigration DNA test, does DDC send all required paperwork to the foreign embassy?

DDC sends all required paperwork to complete a United States immigration DNA test to the foreign embassy, consulate, or other immigration office. This paperwork includes the USCIS form and instructions for testing at the beginning of the process. Once testing is complete, DDC sends the required chain-of-custody paperwork and the results report to the embassy. The petitioner in the case receives a hard copy of the report once the test is paid in full.

How long will it take for the overseas family to get a DNA collection appointment?

The timing of overseas DNA collection depends entirely on the embassy or consulate, and can range from days to months. It is unfortunately something we cannot control.

Do I have to wait until the beneficiary is collected before I can have my DNA collected here in the United States?

We prefer to collect the petitioner’s sample as soon as possible, since some countries require the petitioner to be collected before a DNA collection kit can be sent to the other country. So the sooner DNA is collected for the party in the United States, the better.

Can you set up online access for a United States immigration DNA test?

Regulations prevent us from providing online access for U.S. immigration test results; however, the petitioner does get a hard copy of the results once the report is ready and the test has been paid in full. Mailing of the report can be expedited if you want your copy as soon as possible.
